Fall General Membership Meeting 10/20/25

All Are Invited to Join Us on October 20! Our guest speaker this time will be a representative of the King County Assessor. This is the office responsible for determining property values, developing tools for taxpayer transparency, and administering property tax relief programs.

The median home value in Bellevue showed a year-over-year increase of 9.8% in July 2025, reaching a median sold price of $1,625,000 (according to Rocket’s Market Reports). King County and the Washington State Legislature have recently raised the income limits for property tax exemptions and deferrals for qualifying seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans.

Come find out how your property taxes are determined, how you can challenge an assessment or apply for an exemption, or anything else you might like to ask the Assessor’s office. The meeting will begin with club business and reports. The members will be asked to elect officers and trustees for the club and approve the bylaw amendments that were presented at our meeting in March 2025.
