Job Fair at Terry’s Kitchen & On Da Hill Billiards this weekend

Looking for a fun, family-friendly place to work here on the hill? Freshen up your resume and apply for a job this weekend during the Job Fair at Terry’s Kitchen & On Da Hill Billiards!

When: Saturday, April 15
Time: Starts at 10 AM
Where: 5625 119th Ave SE (old Stod’s Baseball building)

Terry’s Kitchen, serving “comfort food” from Seattle’s International District and American cuisine, will open in approximately 4 weeks. On Da Hill Billiards, a family-friendly billiards hall connected to Terry’s Kitchen, will open approximately one month after the restaurant. Chef Terry and his co-owners seek friendly, professional people to help them run the restaurant and billiards hall. Do you have what it takes to help these community-oriented businesses get off to a successful start? Come and apply this Saturday!

Meet new Newport Hills business owners at tonight’s meeting!

We are excited to have three new business owners from our neighborhood commercial district making an appearance at tonight’s meeting. They are:

– Josh Bailey of Grey Coast CrossFit
– Dr. Shengyi Teng of Teng Smiles (orthodontist)
– Terry Takeuchi, chef at Terry’s Kitchen & On Da Hill Billiards (opening soon)

Our business owners should be arriving around 7 p.m. We will do board reports prior to their arrival. Come welcome them to the neighborhood and ask questions about their businesses!

Meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at Ringdall Middle School library.

Don’t forget you can pay your $10 2017-2018 membership dues at the meeting. Cash or check (made out to NHCC) accepted.
