Music Nite 2024

Join us for a night of music and fun!

When: Sunday, August 25, 5p.m. to Dusk
Where: Newport Hills Woodlawn Park (11560 SE 60th St.)

Parking: Limited at the park; parking is available nextdoor at Ringdall Middle School

The night kicks off with a rousing old fashioned singalong led by neighborhood favorite Ted Yellman (lyric sheets will be provided). The second act is another neighborhood favorite, the DaddyO Trio, who will get you singing & dancing to a variety of oldies and classic rock & roll tunes. The DaddyO Trio features DaddyO Ben (drums), DaddyO Glen (guitar), DaddyO Roger (bass) with special guest DaddyO Matt (acoustic guitar). You can view their playlist here.

Bring your lawn chairs and a picnic! We have some ice cream bars and popsicles left over from Ice Cream Social, which we’ll offer free to paid member households and for $1 each to non-members (supply limited, first come=first served).

The Membership table will be set up if you’d like to support the NHCC’s ability to put on fantastic community events like this. Just $10/household per year is the best investment you can make in your neighborhood. Cash/check/PayPal (we don’t have the ability to swipe cards).
