Annual Membership Drive
Thank you to all Newport Hills Neighbors who have paid their 2012-2013 dues and helped the NHCC in working toward a goal of 625 members. Though we did fall short of our membership goal by almost half, we are hopeful for 2013-2014. Please help us make this next year just as great as past years by paying the voluntary $10/household dues. We know times are tough, but investing in your community is still a priority. Without your support we can’t enjoy the 4th of July Picnic, Spring Egg Hunt, Santa Tour, and other NHCC hosted events. Please keep us in your budget – your $10 dues go a long way.
- Be traditional. Print and fill out your membership form with dues and mail to:

I no longer live in Newport Hills, but I still own a home there that I will probably move to some day. I am still very interested in the community and I am also concerned with the direction of commercial activity. I will mail in my dues so I am once again an active member. I worked several years on covenants when I was raising my family in Newport Hills. I also worked on several commitees. Specifically, I would like to have input on anything related to bringing commercial vitality back to the neighborhood. I know the city is very interested and concerned as well. I am the real estate agent that sold the Tyler property to the city also. I know the city has long range plans for the park recently acquired and they are committed to putting Newport Hills in a growth mode.

Great question Linda, thanks. Currently, there is no membership card or confirmation that your dues have been received (though we can confirm if asked). We are low on volunteers, but we are open to help on this issue if you, or someone you know, is interested in finding and implementing a solution.

Should we expect to receive a membership card or some other form of acknowledgment that our dues have been received? Thanks.
